タイトル：マーケティング＆ビジネスデベロップメントマネージャー
勤務地： 九龍
仕事内容:
● Develop, implement and communicate a regional Business Development plan for the non-woven segments.
● Analyze the competitive landscape and stay up to date on trends/changes within the industry.
● Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
● Travel to external customers, approximately 12 days/month.
● Develop new Business Development opportunities.
Ensure continuous update of plans, conduct target/performance comparisons, initiate counteractive measures in case of variance.
● Provide regional marketing-support including trade show- and event activities, promotion, pre- and after sales activities.
● Manage the supply chain; contract with end customers and brands.
● Be prepared to take on global lead roles in centers of excellence (fiber type and/or sub-segment)
● Provide input for new fiber development to innovation.
● Lead projects and/or cooperate with project leader from innovation using system.
● Collaborate at prioritization and management of projects.
応募資格：
● University degree (Business Administration with focus on marketing pref.)
● 2+ years of experience in marketing, business development or innovation in the non woven or fiber industry.
● Good command in English and Japanese both spoken and written
● Multicultural sensitivity, enthusiasm, effective communication and negotiation skills
● SAP and PC.
● Knowledge of relevant production, processing technologies and end use applications of Nonwoven fiber.
● Proven experience working in a matrix organization.
● Able to travel overseas.

月給： HK$ 25,000～45,000 （経験により）
勤務時間： 月～金 8:45～17:30
福利厚生： 有給休暇初年度18日、Max21日
